good place for a single working man.
I like my privacy and I get it here. my neighbors are great and I hear no noises coming from either side of me.

We love this place the space the noise everything the only thing that we wish was better was probably the color of the laminate floor it's hard to keep clean with kids but a nice rug has worked well!!

The management has hired a new person to work with the tenants which was sorely needed. prior to that it was an unbearable dictatorship. Expect your rent to continuously go up with out any improvements. There is a brand new car wash on the same block that is very loud. I will be out as soon as possible.
Where it lacks, it shines!
At first glance these hidden townhomes don’t appear to be much. But once you step inside and see the setup of the living room, with its hardwood floors and large windows adding tons of natural lighting, you’ll understand what this bright and spacious townhome has to offer. It’s conveniently located next to shopping, fast food, pizza options, and a wonderful Sushi Restaurant across the street. It’s located right off of I-15 which makes commuting Salt Lake City easy. The place is pet friendly and where it lacks in amenities, it’s close to parks, hiking & biking trails, with a brand new fitness facility being built next door. The secluded backyard patios are a nice touch and mostly shaded. This space can be utilized as an extension of your living space during the spring and summer days. Overall, I have very little complaints having lived here 3 years now. I like the neighborhood and enjoy the space and privacy everyone seems to enjoy.
